The company's independently developed projects on "Research and Development of Key Technologies for Multi-Stage Cement Calcination + Coupling Reconstruction Heat Exchange" and "Development and Application of Cement Carbon Reduction Grinding Aid Technology" have been successfully appraised by the China Building Materials Federation.
The technological achievement appraisal, organized by the China Building Materials Federation, included a panel of authoritative experts such as Academician Liu Jiaping from the Chinese Academy of Engineering and Professor-level Senior Engineer Cai Yuliang. After reviewing production plant videos, project reports, research outcome reports, socioeconomic impact analysis reports, user feedback reports, and other materials, the appraisal committee highly praised and recognized the two technological achievements of China Resources Building Materials Technology.
The project "Research and Development of Key Technologies for Multi-Stage Cement Calcination + Coupling Reconstruction Heat Exchange" has made a breakthrough by pioneering the "multi-stage + coupling reconstruction heat exchange technology." This innovation significantly enhances the gas-solid heat exchange efficiency in the preheating and pre-decomposition system, successfully overcoming the technical bottleneck of achieving low-cost energy saving and carbon reduction under existing production line constraints. The appraisal committee has determined that the overall project achievements have reached international advanced levels, with the "multi-stage + coupling reconstruction heat exchange technology" reaching an internationally leading level. Currently, this technology has been successfully applied in multiple production plants of China Resources Building Materials Technology, greatly increasing cement production efficiency, effectively reducing carbon emissions during production, and achieving significant economic and social benefits.
The project "Development and Application of Cement Carbon Reduction Grinding Aid Technology" represents another major breakthrough for China Resources Building Materials Technology in the field of cement carbon reduction technology. The project has successfully developed a carbon-reducing cement grinding aid, which significantly improves the utilization efficiency of cement clinker, thereby greatly reducing the carbon emission intensity per ton of cement. The appraisal committee has determined that the overall project achievements have reached international advanced levels, with a certain component's chemical modification technology reaching an internationally leading level. Currently, this technology has been successfully applied in multiple cement plants of China Resources Building Materials Technology, which is of great significance in reducing carbon emissions, lowering production costs, improving production indicators, and enhancing market competitiveness.
